1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect items received.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the return window
  • Minor variations in color, size, or design due to lighting or display differences

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order details, product images, and reason for return
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared
  • Do not send items without approval

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect

5. Replacement Option

  • If eligible, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
  • Such cases will be prioritized for replacement or full refund

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
